It was a favorite of UNIT, MI6, Counter-Measures, and many other organizations, because above all of the ostentaciousness, it was in fact, extremely discreet.  It was efficient.  Yvonne liked that. The Lighthouse was named for it's titular lighthouse, which in fact, was the least impressive thing about it. The private mansion, the bar, the yacht, the beach, all of them dwarfed the small decrepit lighthouse for which the resort was named.
